NASMHPD Winter Meeting "Brag & Steal" Spotlight (December 2007)

CARF Crisis & Information Call Center (September 2007)

CARF awarded BHL the maximum three year accreditation for the brand new Crisis & Information Call Center credential. BHL also received approval for its Assessment and Referral and Crisis Intervention programs. BHL is the first in the country to receive the Call Center award.

SAMHSA Crisis Call Center Award (September 2007)

Over 120 agencies from across the country gathered in New Orleans for the first ever national crisis center conference sponsored by SAMHSA. BHL was honored to receive a Crisis Center Community Engagement Award in the large crisis call center category.
