Over 120 agencies from across the country gathered in New Orleans for the first ever national crisis center conference sponsored by SAMHSA. BHL was honored to receive a Crisis Center Community Engagement Award in the large crisis call center category. Text Box:

CARF awarded BHL the maximum three year accreditation for the brand new Crisis & Information Call Center credential. BHL also received approval for its Assessment and Referral and Crisis Intervention programs. BHL is the first in the country to receive the Call Center award.
